I listed a condo for sale in downtown Toronto earlier this year. Although this particular unit had a fabulous view and layout, it showed very poorly. The unit was occupied by tenants and had not been well taken care of by them.
After sitting on the market for over 3 weeks, my clients agreed to allow me to send in Dirtbags. They performed a thorough cleaning, some much needed painting and wall repair, as well as some unexpected staging…all for a very reasonable price.
